Don’t Think in a Negative Mindset

Establishing a calming routine throughout the day can really help you stay in the right mindset for coming up with ideas that don’t show themselves when you’re stressed out.

Exercise, coffee and writing are a few great things to do regularly to keep your mind healthy, according to “12 Ideas for Establishing a Calming Routine” on Zen Habits.

Those are crucial tasks in many of my days — although I drink a cup of tea instead of coffee.

This post going up before 6 a.m. has nothing to do with some new “calming routine.” I’m leaving for the airport for a weekend vacation. Talk to you all Monday!
